Known for her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Caitlin supports the firm’s intellectual property attorneys on a variety of trademark matters.
Caitlin focuses on preparing and filing trademark-related documents with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), supporting the application, maintenance, and ownership of U.S. trademarks. She manages trademark docketing and deadline tracking, conducts initial reviews of trademark watch notices, assists with opposition and cancellation proceedings, and researches trademark use, status, and ownership matters.
Prior to her role as a paralegal, she worked as a legal assistant in the intellectual property group where she assisted her team of trademark attorneys and paralegals to manage a caseload of approximately 3,000 domestic and foreign trademark opposition and cancellation matters.
