A transactional attorney who has practiced in London, Milan and New York, Claire Fallone leverages her breadth of experience to provide pragmatic legal counsel in support of her clients’ operational goals. She drafts and negotiates contracts central to companies’ day-to-day business operations, such as licensing, supply, distribution, services and software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements; product purchase and sale terms; user terms; PR, marketing and brand ambassador agreements; and confidentiality and intellectual property agreements.
Claire has extensive experience advising clients from a wide variety of industries, including technology, financial services, marketing and communications, data, food and beverage, fashion, entertainment, education, manufacturing and retail.
Prior to joining Harter Secrest & Emery, Claire served as in-house counsel at Tommy Hilfiger U.S.A., Inc. in New York, and practiced with Mayer Brown LLP in New York and Allen & Overy in London and Milan.
