As a member of the firm’s the Securities and Capital Markets practice group, Clayton conducts due diligence, legal research and analysis, prepares and reviews securities law filings, and drafts contracts and other agreements.
While in law school, Clayton was a judicial intern for the Honorable Suzanne Adams of the New York State Supreme Court. He also served as a legal intern for the Entrepreneur Assistance Clinic.
