Dina is a certified paralegal by the Empire State Alliance of Paralegal Associations, Inc. in the firm’s Corporate practice who prides herself on staying abreast of client matters, being responsive and getting things done. She concentrates on general corporate and business matters, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and residential real estate, financing transactions, design professional firm licensing, and securities.
Before joining HSE, Dina was a paralegal with Merzbach & Solomon, P.C. for 15 years.
