As a former executive with a health care technology company, an engineer,
and tax counsel, Donald brings vast experience to the firm’s Health Care
practice. He has firsthand knowledge of the intricacies of running a
successful health care enterprise, including the impact of regulations and
compliance challenges, managing independent contractors, and developing
governance best practices.
Donald has experience negotiating, drafting, and reviewing commercial
agreements, developing governance documents, reviewing complex tax and
nonprofit structures, advising executives and boards on governance issues,
and more.
Donald began his legal career as a tax counsel at Goldman Sachs and
Citigroup.
