As a former Assistant General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase, Ed provides real-world, client-focused employment law advice to public and private companies.

He has extensive experience representing clients in litigation and arbitration, and before federal, state, and local administrative agencies. He advises managers and human resources officers on a wide variety of employee issues and partners with policy makers on implementation of policies and procedures in response to legal and regulatory developments. In addition, Ed counsels clients on employment matters related to mergers and acquisitions and he regularly conducts training on employment law matters.
