As a member of the firm’s Immigration practice group, Elizabeth “Liz” assists in the preparation of nonimmigrant work visas such as the H-1B, O-1, L-1, and J-1 categories. She also supports the preparation of employment-based green card processes including Labor Certifications and National Interest Waivers. She works with clients and employees to ensure timely and effective work authorization, and compliance with the ever-changing legal landscape.

Prior to joining HSE, Liz was an Immigration Specialist for Ford Motor Company where she would liaise with outside counsel, HR, Payroll, Managers, and Employees to coordinate efforts and ensure compliance.

Liz began her legal career as a Senior Paralegal with Allen & Hodgman, niche immigration firm with offices in both the United States and Canada.
