Emily is a paralegal in the corporate practice group. She collaborates closely with attorneys and clients on entity formations, qualifications, and dissolutions, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and secured commercial financing matters. Additionally, she handles general corporate matters including maintaining corporate minute books, annual Secretary of State filings, equity interest transfers, and general entity governance documentation. Emily also assists non-profit organizations with preparing state and federal tax exemption applications and general governance matters.
