Franco A. Mirolo

Associate

Franco is a skilled trial lawyer whose practice is centered around commercial and intellectual property litigation.

Franco represents individuals and businesses of all sizes on a wide range of commercial and intellectual property litigation matters. His vast legal knowledge and prior international experience have led to his representation of clients in IP infringement actions and general commercial disputes.

Franco began his legal practice in Argentina, where he served as an associate in a criminal law practice in which he primarily represented c-suite and corporate partners in high-level, white-collar criminal investigations, including allegations of fraud, money-laundering, and tax evasion, in federal and provincial courts. After completing his J.D. in the United States, Franco focused his practice on intellectual property litigation.
