Since completing his J.D. in the United States, Franco has focused his practice on intellectual property litigation. He has experience writing pleadings, motions, memoranda, and discovery demands and responses. He also has experience conducting legal research on domestic and foreign law and presenting CLE programs on comparative trademark law.
