Franco began his legal practice in Argentina, where he served as an associate in a criminal law practice in which he primarily represented c-suite and corporate partners in high-level, white-collar criminal investigations, including allegations of fraud, money-laundering, and tax evasion, in federal and provincial courts. After completing his J.D. in the United States, Franco focused his practice on intellectual property litigation, representing copyright and trademark holders in infringement actions in federal court at all pre-trial stages. Franco has conducted legal research on complex issues involving domestic and foreign law and has presented in Continuing Legal Education programs on comparative trademark law.
