In addition to helping employers secure immigrant and nonimmigrant status for their employees, Glenn advises on compliance and I-9 issues, and helps employers develop organizational policies and practices on immigration matters.
Within the field of health care immigration, Glenn frequently advises academic medical centers and hospitals on immigration planning for physicians, nurses, clinical laboratory scientists, and other medical professionals. This includes significant work on J-1 waivers (clinical and otherwise), health care immigration certifications, international nurse recruiting, and permanent residence strategies for medical professionals.
Glenn also has experience with complex litigation and appeals before federal and administrative courts, including the Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals of the Department of Labor (BALCA) and the Administrative Appeals Office of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (AAO).
Glenn currently serves as the Immigration Practice Group Leader. Before attending law school, Glenn held positions in the field of human resources in both the financial services and software development industries.
