Glenn is responsive, pragmatic, and always willing to work hard at finding creative solutions to immigration challenges. He works with a wide variety of clients, including multinational corporations, small businesses, universities, professional sports teams, and health care institutions in seeking immigrant and nonimmigrant status for employees in diverse fields and specialties.

Glenn has experience in all aspects of employment-based immigration law, as well as experience with complex litigation and appeals before federal and administrative courts, including the Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals of the Department of Labor (BALCA) and the Administrative Appeals Office of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (AAO).

Before attending law school, Glenn held positions in the field of human resources in both the financial services and software development industries.
