Jordan’s practice focuses on advising health care providers and organizations on both transactional and regulatory matters, including HIPAA compliance, fraud and abuse prevention, corporate governance issues, mergers and acquisitions, and entity formation and termination. Known for her thoughtful and pragmatic approach, she helps healthcare professionals navigate legal complexities effectively—including drafting and negotiating service contracts and physician employment agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Jordan practiced at the Law Offices of Pullano & Farrow in Rochester, New York—where she represented providers in both transactional and compliance matters.
