As a member of the firm’s Securities and Capital Markets practice group, Joe conducts legal research, due diligence, and analysis on a variety of client matters.
Prior to joining Harter Secrest & Emery, Joe was an intern with Hon. Emilio Colaiacovo in the New York State Supreme Court, Commercial Division, Eighth Judicial District, and the Niagara County District Attorney’s Office. He also served as a Summer Law Clerk with National Fuel.
