Karianne works collaboratively to provide counsel on a wide range of complex real estate matters. She identifies the best strategies and provides practical advice to help minimize risks and obtain favorable results for her clients.
She has experience representing and assisting clients in various types of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of real property, negotiating purchase and sale agreements, negotiating commercial leases on behalf of landlords and tenants, conducting due diligence in connection with mergers and acquisitions, negotiating and preparing easements and related agreements, and negotiating and preparing private and commercial financing documents on behalf of both lenders and borrowers.
While attending Syracuse University College of Law, Karianne was a legal intern at the Monroe County Public Defender’s Office where she conducted research, reviewed discovery, organized medical records, and attended court with the public defenders.
