Katie concentrates her practice in the areas of general business, corporate and regulatory compliance for the higher education, health care, and not-for-profit industries. Her experience includes performing due diligence review, drafting memoranda, legal research and drafting transactional and governance documents.
Prior to joining HSE, Katie was a summer associate with the firm and gained hands-on experience conducting research on a wide range of legal issues.
