Kristin focuses on understanding her clients’ business operations and objectives in order to provide practical and strategical advice and achieve successful results. Kristin’s experience includes advising clients in connection with all facets of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real property and financing related to the same, resolving complex title and survey issues, negotiating commercial leases for landlords and tenants, performing real estate due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and obtaining attorney general and supreme court approval for transfers of real property by not-for-profit and religious corporations.
Before joining Harter Secrest & Emery, Kristin was an Associate at Harris Beach PLLC where she advised clients on a broad range of complex business and commercial issues, including disputes and litigation concerning contracts, commercial leases, restrictive covenants, Article 78 challenges, insurance indemnification, and breaches of representations and warranties. Kristin was also an extern at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.
