Lindsey is an associate in both the Labor and Employment and Higher Education practice groups. She concentrates her practice on counseling clients in developing effective employment policies and ensuring compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws. Lindsey has experience researching and analyzing legal issues across a variety of practice areas, performing due diligence review, drafting memoranda, and legal documents. She is a fully trained civil rights investigator, conducts on-campus sexual misconduct investigations, and advises colleges and private employers regarding discrimination investigations and related compliance issues.
She previously served as a summer associate with Harter Secrest & Emery and a student attorney for The Community Justice Program at Georgetown University Law Center. Lindsey also served as a legal intern and Delaney Public Policy Scholar at the National Network for Youth in Washington, D.C.
