Mary is dedicated to helping employers navigate the complex landscape of labor and employment law. She counsels clients in both litigation and day-to-day compliance matters, and she provides practical legal solutions that align with client needs and protect their interests. Mary defends employers in a variety of employment disputes. In litigation, she handles discovery, conducts research, and drafts motions, legal briefs, and other papers. Beyond litigation, Mary works with employers to develop and implement clear, effective employee policies and helps clients maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. She also guides clients through administrative proceedings. With a focus on thorough research and staying up-to-date on changes in labor and employment laws, Mary delivers guidance that helps businesses reduce risk and foster a compliant, productive workplace.
While attending University at Buffalo School of Law, Mary was an intern at the Center for Elder Law and Justice, where she conducted research on complex legal issues, drafted memoranda, participated in client visits, and developed case strategies with attorneys in the health care and guardianship units.
