As a member of the firm’s Corporate and Transactional practice group, Nadine conducts legal research, due diligence, and analysis on a variety of client matters.
Prior to joining Harter Secrest & Emery, Nadine worked as a Legal and Compliance Intern for KKR & Co. and as a Legal Contracts and Compliance Intern with Morgan Stanley Capital Investments. She also served as a Law Clerk for several local law firms where she gained experience drafting legal memoranda, briefs, motions, and contracts.
During law school, Nadine was a Student Attorney in the University at Buffalo School of Law Entrepreneurship Law Center Clinic.
