As a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group, Nina conducts legal research, due diligence, and analysis on a variety of client matters.
Prior to joining Harter Secrest & Emery, Nina was the Head Law Clerk at Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria where she drafted memoranda and other legal documents in preparation for civil litigation while overseeing a team of law clerks. She also served as an Immigration Paralegal with Berardi Immigration Law, working directly with corporate clients to secure L-1 and H-1B visas for current and prospective employees.
