Ryan K. Parisi

Counsel

A former prosecutor and Chief of the Grand Jury Bureau with the Niagara County District Attorney’s Office, Ryan leverages his extensive courtroom experience to represent commercial and high-end residential property owners in real property tax assessment challenges and PILOT Agreement negotiations.

While Ryan has the experience to take any matter to trial, he is known for taking a diligent and conscientious approach to every case. With a focus on each client’s unique needs and goals—whether they intend to sell, hold long-term, or explore other strategies for a property—he creates custom plans and strategies to position clients to receive the highest possible tax reduction.

Ryan excels at forging and maintaining strong relationships with municipal representatives to drive productive discussions and achieve favorable outcomes for his clients. His clients include owners and managers of apartment buildings, condominiums, office complexes, medical campuses, recreational facilities, retail outlets, self-storage properties, and warehouses, among others.

Prior to joining Harter Secrest & Emery, Ryan practiced with Wolfgang & Weinmann LLP in Buffalo, New York.
