Sara draws on years of experience counseling employers of all sizes to spot actual and potential legal issues and provide prompt, practical, and thoughtful guidance tailored to each client. She collaborates with and advises human resource managers and in-house counsel on all matters relating to labor and employment, from recruiting and hiring through separation of employment, and everything in between.

Sara has extensive experience advising employers on federal and multi-state wage and hour issues, leave management, and harassment and discrimination complaints and investigations. She regularly represents employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, New York State Division of Human Rights, and other federal and state agencies, as well as in federal and state courts.
