As a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group, Shelley conducts due diligence, legal research and analysis on a variety of litigation matters. In her role she focuses on drafting briefs and on trial preparation with a particular focus on real estate and securities and shareholder disputes in New York State courts.
Prior to joining Harter Secrest & Emery, Shelley practiced at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in New York City.
