Tammy’s transactional real estate practice aims to provide clients with practical solutions while taking a diligent and detail-orientated approach. Tammy counsels real estate developers, borrowers, lenders, and property owners on all facets of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, and financing related to the same, lease drafting and negotiating for landlords and tenants, resolution of complex title matters, due diligence review for corporate transactions, regulatory compliance regarding offering plans and amendments for real estate syndicates, and litigation of contested matters. Tammy has experience representing creditors and mortgage servicers in all aspects of residential foreclosure matters, including loss mitigation, conducting title and marketability reviews including curative efforts, settlement conferences, and motion practice.
