Taylor is a corporate and M&A attorney who represents private and public companies in an array of complex business transactions. She advises clients – from emerging companies to established enterprises – in connection with mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings and financing transactions.
Taylor has considerable experience representing private equity funds and portfolio companies in strategic acquisitions. She also advises clients on day-to-day corporate matters, drafting and negotiating operating agreements, shareholders’ agreements and commercial contracts.
Taylor also represents lenders, borrowers and investors in debt financing transactions. Her experience includes negotiating and documenting senior credit facilities, mezzanine financing and complex debt arrangements for both corporate and real estate clients.
