As a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment group, Yomaris counsels clients in a variety of areas related to the workplace, including the development of employee policies, wage and hour issues, discipline and termination decisions, discrimination and harassment claims, and employment contract disputes.
Prior to joining HSE, Yomaris was a summer associate with the firm for two summers and gained hands-on experience conducting research, due diligence, and drafting legal memos for attorneys across a variety of practice groups.
