The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has released its much-anticipated Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) on COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing to help minimize the risk of COVID-19 transmission in the workplace. The ETS, with effective dates of December 5, 2021 and January 4, 2022, has many employers scrambling to understand and comply with the new requirements.

Please join Luke and Anna for a deep dive into the ETS and a discussion on what employers can do to comply.
