Join us on Tuesday, September 27th at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP for in-depth discussions on the current threat landscape, incident response preparation and training, legal and regulatory concerns, and cyber risk insurance. Jina John, Esq., from the New York State Attorney General’s Office, Bureau of Internet and Technology, will kick things off with an overview of the role her office plays in protecting consumer data, and helping organizations worldwide do the same.
We will then present an annotated incident response simulation, adapted from an interactive session offered at the international GSX 2022 conference in Atlanta, brought back to Rochester for a local audience. The day’s event will end with a panel discussion amongst industry experts on incident preparation and response strategies, insurance considerations, and audience Q&A.
HSE has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of continuing legal education. This program is eligible for up to 3 credit hours in the Areas of Professional Practice
