Leonard’s arrival marks the third attorney to join the group in 2024

Leonard represents a broad range of clients, including high net-worth individuals and closely-held business owners in connection with their estate and business succession planning. His practice includes advising clients ranging from those making their first estate plans to those with complex cases involving multi-jurisdictional and cross-border planning. Leonard regularly works alongside advisors and professionals from various regions, ensuring smooth coordination and cohesive strategies across diverse legal environments. His experience in Surrogate’s Court includes representing fiduciaries, beneficiaries, charities and creditors.

Leonard earned a J.D., magna cum laude, from University at Buffalo School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Albany.
