As a member of the firm’s Trust & Estates practice group, Erika conducts legal research, due diligence, and analysis on a variety of client matters.
Prior to joining Harter Secrest & Emery, Erika was a summer associate with the firm where she gained hands-on experience across a range of legal matters, including preparing wills, reviewing contracts, and drafting complaints.
During law school, Erika was a Student Attorney in the University at Buffalo School of Law Entrepreneurship Law Center Clinic. In that role, she advised startup founders, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations on entity formation, corporate governance, growth strategy, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property matters.
