For over 25 years, Mr. Robfogel concentrated his law practice in the corporate and securities fields. In the area of corporate law, Mr. Robfogel has been cited in “The Best Lawyers in America”. For over 10 years he also engaged in his firm’s Government Affairs practice providing legislative and other representation. Mr. Robfogel is a member of the American Arbitration Association serving on its Commercial, Securities & Large Complex Case Panels. He was Managing Partner of the Firm from 1982-1984 and headed the firm’s Business and Corporate Department for several years. He is currently an arbitrator and mediator serving as a third-party neutral in disputes arising in Upstate New York and in the Metropolitan New York City area.
