Sam has over 15 years of experience in the practice of real estate law including the representation of parties in commercial and residential real estate transactions with an emphasis on real estate titles. Sam has extensive experience in the area of title insurance and has served as agent and examining counsel for title insurance companies.
Additionally, Sam is a trusted advisor to the transactional real estate attorneys and collaborates with other practice groups, including corporate and litigation, to provide strategic guidance and support.
Prior to joining Harter Secrest & Emery, Sam focused his legal career practicing real estate law including private practice and serving for over a decade as underwriting counsel at Chicago Title Insurance Company.
